The Dead covered many classic songs. Early versions of Dancin' in the Streets became a civil rights anthem, symbolizing street demonstrations and political unrest. But it was actually written to describe summer in the city of Detroit. Motown with a carnival atmosphere. Our image is a parody of the song, with props from different eras setup on a Chinese gong.
